How to Apply?
To start, please read our General Regulations. If they fit you well, please fill out the application form. Please consider that the application will require 4 pictures of your RV or trailer and photos of the renter’s driver’s license and insurance.
Only the RV/ trailer and one additional vehicle can be in the RV park.
Our RV Park requires all RV/trailers to be in good operating condition. Each site has its own meter with 50-amp power.
We are requiring, at move the first month's rent and security deposit equal to the same amount.
Prices For an RV or trailer with one or 2 persons and 2 pets: Per Day $65, Per Week $320, and Per Month $795.
For Month to Month, tenants will pay for their electricity. Cable and internet are the tenant’s responsibility.
We charge 10 dollars per additional person/ per day, living in the RV or trailer, after the second person.
We charge $ 20 per additional pet after the second.
We only accept Trailers, 5th Wheel, and RV - 2009 and newer.
This is a family-friendly RV park, with a Drug-free policy.
